Just a quick note to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding
service I received from you company regarding the purchase of my table.
Even when we had a small problem you handle it with the utmost professionalism.
I did a lot of research before buying my table and if anyone has any
doubts please do not hesitate to give them my name as a reference. The table looks and plays fantastic and is everything your web page describes. I was very hesitant making such a significant purchase over the Internet without seeing the product but you and your team at Qbilliards made my purchase a pleasure. I ordered our pool table on Saturday, and it arrived on Friday
morning. We had a great time on Friday night. One friend had told another,
and then we had about 15 people arrive to play! Everyone was very impressed
with quality and style of the pool table and were quite amazed when I told
them that I bought it online. It is well above my expectations. It is a
beautiful table and all of the people that I dealt with at Qbilliards were
very professional and friendly. They resolved any issues that I had immediately.
All in all, a great experience, and we love the table. We've attached some

This table is amazing, for the price nothing can match it. The installer put it in over the weekend and he also raved about the table. It took me a while to decide on this purchase and I am now really happy about my decision, I need to upgrade the cues so will be contacting you shortly. We got our
table delivered this afternoon, and I must say it is very beautiful!
The installer came to partly set up the table and let the weight of the
slates settle in the carpet before leveling it tomorrow. He said the
table was very well constructed (well done). Thank you very much for
your very fast response to our transportation problem this morning. The
way you responded was very professional. Let me know when the rack will

| I was so impressed with your service on the last transaction, I decided
to buy one more cue from you. I have a feeling that I will be buying quite
a few more cues from you for other people I know. Anyways, like we discussed
before, instead of the cue that was mentioned in the auction (QC033), I'd
like to get a different cue that is listed on your website. I would like
to get QC065. I was also wondering, if the shaft were to break on this
cue, would it be possible to order other black ones? I've never seen black
shafts for sale at any billiard stores around here.

We received
our table this morning, and have the guy coming tomorrow morning to assemble
it. I was very impressed by the quality of the table. It has been a pleasure
doing business with you and we will let our clients know where we bought
the table from and how pleased we were. We have bid on some pool cues
- we will be in touch if we win - you can plan on holding the first cue
until we have bought two and then ship them together. Thanks again. Tim |

| I am extremely impressed
with the quality of the table and the service I received from QBilliards.
I got the Prince with Mahogany finish. I was totally amazed at how fast
I received the table. My order was finalized on a Friday and it had arrived
the following Wednesday. It arrived in a wooden crate and
that took me an hour alone to disassemble. The quality
of the table is everything as good as what their web page indicates.
I used a credit card for the transaction and gave the details over the phone. I had quite a few installers
to choose from. Unfortunately, I chose an installer from a billiards
company that had no experience installing different tables than the one's
his company sells. It took him a little longer than normal, but in the
end it turned out excellent. The problem he experienced was getting the
cloth tight around the pockets. He eventually solved the problem by gluing
the cloth first and then stapling. In the end, he even indicated that
this was a high quality table well priced below the market. Overall,
it was an excellent buying experience! Regards Barry |

I was
so happy with my table I thought I just had to take a picture of it
and send it to you guys. The installer did a great
job and said i should be paying between $4500 and $5500 for this type
of pool table... I just had to laugh... You can bet I will be telling
all
my friends about you guys. |

I would just like to thank you so very much for all the trouble that
you went through. My cue was also opened but nothing
was taken. The customer service that I have received from you was top notch. I
will be referring your company and you especially to many of my friends.

I have attached a picture of our table, we are very happy with the quality
of the wood and the installer did a great job setting it up, in fact it
looks so great that we are going to do the whole room in a bar type scene,
so please let me know when you get the new pool cue rack in, I have just
the spot for it. In the mean time please send three more of those graphite
cues, they are awesome, I have the QCG3 so can you ship one of each of

....the installer
asked me why I bought the table from the Internet, didn't I stop and look
at their stuff at their showroom? I said I thought I had a good deal.
I asked him how much this type of table would go for in their showroom?
He replied $5-6,000... Sweet.....just wanted to close up by letting
you know that the installer came this week and assembled the table.
It's plain fabulous, and it looks great overall!! My friends are already
jealous... |
