Every QBilliards table is a timeless tribute to excellence in design and workmanship. We are proud to stand behind every product that carries the QBilliards name, QBilliards tables are warranted for a lifetime. QBilliards warrants to the original purchaser that its billiard tables are free from defect in materials and workmanship. If the parts are deemed to be defective they should be returned to QBilliards freight prepaid, if after inspection by QBilliards, the parts are determined to be defective they will be repaired or replaced and returned normal surface mail. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration and excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss. | |
| This warranty does not cover damage from everyday wear and tear or from transportation by a common carrier. All good materials eventually wear out with normal use. Therefore, we are not responsible for normal wear and tear, defects caused by accident, abuse, misuse, improper care, or alteration. QBilliards obligation is voided if the billiard table is installed by anyone other than an authorized QBilliards dealer or factory approved service agent. A service fee of $100.00 will be levied on each claim against this warranty and can be waived only at the sole discretion of QBilliards. | ||
